Hydrocortisone (100mg ក្នុងម្សៅ)

ប្រើចំពោះ - ជំងឺហឺតស្រួចស្រាវ, ការរលាក, ខ្សោយក្រពេញ adrenal ស្រួចស្រាវ, ប្រតិកម្ មអាលែកហ្ស៊ីធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។

កំរិត  របៀបប្រើ -

• ជំងឺហឺតស្រួចស្រាវ: ធម្មតា 100mg IV/IM រាល់ ៦ម៉ោង សំរ៉ាប់
  ថ្ងៃដំបូង។ នៅថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ 50mg រាល់៦ម៉ោង
• ការរលាក: 50mg ទៅ 200mg IV/IM រៀងរាល់ ១២ម៉ោង
• ខ្សោយក្រពេញ adrenal ស្រួចស្រាវ: 100mg IV/IM រៀងរាល់
   ៨ម៉ោង
• ប្រតិកម្មអាលែកហ្ស៊ីធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ: 200mg IV/IM ម្ដងគត់

ការផ្តល់ថ្នាំ - ចាក់ IV លាយជាមួយ NS, ចាក់ដោយប្រើរយះពេល ៣០វិនាទី។ បើចាក់ IM លាយជាមួយ NS តិចៗ។

ការហាមឃាត់ - ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ (ទាល់តែមានអត្តប្រយោជន៏ ចំពោះម្តាយច្រើនជាងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ទារកក្នុងផ្ទៃ)។

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាពិសេស - ស្រ្តីបំបៅដោះកូន, ដំបៅក្រពះ, ប្រើជាមួយ aspirin រឺថ្នាំប្រឆាំងកំនកឈាម រឺ NSAIDs។

ផលវិបាក - ដំបៅក្រពះ, ជាតិស្ករក្នុងឈាមកើនឡើង, ពន្យារពេលឈាមកក។

ឱសថវិទ្យា - ស្តេរ៉ូអ៊ីត (បន្ថយនូវការរលាកនិងបន្ថយនូវសកម្មភាពរបស់ប្រពន្ធ័ភាពសុំា)។

Hydrocortisone (100mg in powder)

Indications – severe asthma, inflammation, acute adrenal insufficiency, severe allergic reaction

Dosage –

• Severe asthma - usually 100mg IV/IM every 6 hours the first day, then reduce to 50mg every 6 hours the second day
• Inflammation – 50mg to 200mg IV/IM every 12 hours
• Acute adrenal insufficiency – 100mg IV/IM every 8 hours
• Severe allergic reaction – 200mg IV/IM as a single dose

Administration – administer IV diluted with NS, inject over 30 seconds. Administer IM diluted with a small volume of NS.

Contraindications - pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus)

Special precautions – lactation, gastric ulcer, concurrent therapy with aspirin/anticoagulant/NSAIDs

Adverse drug reactions – gastric ulcer, hyperglycemia, prolonged bleeding time

Pharmacology – corticosteroid (decreases inflammation and decreases the activity of the immune system)
