- លាយ 200mg នៃថ្នាំដែលមានក្នុងអំពូលជាមួយ 500ml នៃ NS រឺ D5 (លាយអោយសព្វ)។ កំរិតគឺយោងទៅលើវេជ្ជបញ្ជា។ ជាញយៗ កំរិតចាប់ផ្តើមនៅ ១២ដំនក់ក្នុង ១នាទី (១ដំនក់ រៀងរាល់ ៥វិនាទី)។
- ការតំលើងកំរិតអាស្រ័យទៅលើវេជ្ជបញ្ជាវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត។
- មិនត្រូវបញ្ឈប់ទាន់ហន់ទេ គឺបន្ថយបន្តិចម្តងៗតាមវេជ្ជបញ្ជា វេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត។

Dopamine (200mg/5ml)
Indications – shock that persists after adequate fluid volume replacement, heart failure
Dosage and administration –
- Add 200mg vial to 500ml NS/D5 (mix thoroughly). Administer as an infusion. The starting rate is according to the doctor’s order. Often, the starting rate is 12 drops per minute* (1 drop every 5 seconds).
- Increase in increments according to doctor’s order.
- Do not stop abruptly; decrease gradually as ordered by the doctor.
Contraindications - pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus)
Special precautions – lactation, cardiac disease
Adverse drug reactions – tachycardia and resulting hypotension, cardiac arrhythmias, extravasation can cause severe tissue injury
Pharmacology – positive inotrope (increases the contractility of the heart and causes vasodilation)
