Artemether (80mg ក្នុង 1ml)

• 80mg IM ក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃ, ចាក់ដោយមិនលាយ

ការហាមឃាត់ - ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ (ទាល់តែមានអត្តប្រយោជន៏ចំពោះម្តាយច្រើនជាងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ ដល់ទារកក្នុងផ្ទៃ), ស្រ្តីបំបៅដោះកូន (ទាល់តែមាន អត្តប្រយោជន៏ចំពោះម្តាយខ្លាំងជាង គ្រោះថ្នាក់ចំពោះទារក)។

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាពិសេស -

Artemether (80mg in 1ml)

Indications – plasmodium falciparum malaria (use in conjunction with other antimalarials)

Dosage and administration –

• 80mg IM per day. Administer undiluted.

Contraindications - pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus), lactation (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the infant)

Special precautions -

Adverse drug reactions – cardiac arrhythmia
