Amlodipine (5mg)

ប្រើចំពោះ - លើសសម្ពាធឈាម, គ្រប់គ្រងនូវជំងឺចុកទ្រូងរុំារ៉ៃ

កំរិត  របៀបប្រើ - 

• ចាប់ផ្តើម 2,5 mg ទៅ 5mg ក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃ (អាចប្រើកំរិតខ្ពស់ជាងនេះបើចាំបាច់)។

ការផ្តល់ថ្នាំ - អាចលេបបានជាមួយ រឺគ្មានអាហារ។ 

ការហាមឃាត់ - សម្ពាធឈាមទាប, ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ (ទាល់តែមាន អត្តប្រយោជន៏ចំពោះម្តាយ ច្រើនជាងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ទារកក្នុងផ្ទៃ), ស្រ្តីបំបៅដោះកូន។  

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាពិសេស - 

ផលវិបាក - សម្ពាធឈាមទាប, ហើមនៅចុងអវៈយវៈ  រយះពេលពីរទៅ បីអាទិត្យបន្ទាប់ពីការប្រើថ្នាំ។ 

ឱសថវិទ្យា - ថ្នាំទប់សកម្មភាពនៃការបញ្ចូនអ៊ីយ៉ុងកាល់ស្យូម​ (បន្ថយ ការកន្រ្តាក់របស់បេះដូង ដោយ ទប់នូវការកន្រ្តាក់របស់កោសិកា សាច់ដុំរលោង)។

Amlodipine (5mg)

Indications – hypertension, management of chronic angina

Dosage – 

• initial dose 2.5mg to 5mg a day (higher maintenance doses may be required)

Administration – may be taken with or without food

Contraindications – hypotension, pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus), lactation

Special precautions - 

Adverse drug reactions – hypotension, peripheral edema 2-3 weeks after starting therapy

Pharmacology - calcium channel blocker (decreases the contractility of the heart by inhibiting contractility in smooth muscle cells)
