ការផ្តល់ថ្នាំ - លាយជាមួយ NS ចាក់នៅក្នុងអត្រា 1mg ក្នុងមួយនាទី។

ការហាមឃាត់ - ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ (ទាល់តែមានអត្តប្រយោជន៏ចំពោះ ម្តាយច្រើនជាងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ទារកក្នុងផ្ទៃ)។

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាពិសេស - ស្រ្តីបំបៅដោះកូន

Vitamin K “Phytomenadione” (10mg in 1ml)

Indications – certain coagulopathies caused by warfarin overdose, severe liver disease, disseminated intravascular coagulation, snake bite

Dosage –

•  0.5mg to 5mg IV as a single dose

Administration –dilute with NS, inject at a rate of 1mg/minute

Contraindications - pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus)

Special precautions – lactation

Adverse drug reactions – hypotension
