ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាពិសេស - ហឺត, ខ្សោយតំរ៉ងនោម, ប្រើជាមួយ aspirin រឺថ្នាំប្រឆាំងកំនកឈាម រឺស្តេរ៉ូអ៊ីត, ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ (ត្រីមាសទី១ និងទី២) ស្រ្តីបំបៅដោះកូន។

ផលវិបាក - ដំបៅក្រពះ, ខ្សោយតំរ៉ងនោម, ពន្យាពេលឈាមកក។

Diclofenac (75mg in 3ml)

Indications – pain and inflammation

Dosage and administration - 

•  75mg IM, administer undiluted. A further 75mg can be administered if required (maximum 150mg per day)

Contraindications – gastric ulcer, pregnancy (in the third trimester)

Special precautions – asthma, renal impairment, concurrent therapy with aspirin/anticoagulant/steroids, pregnancy (first and second trimester), lactation

Adverse drug reactions – gastric ulcer, renal impairment, prolonged bleeding time

Pharmacology - nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)
