Atropine (1mg ក្នុង 1ml)

ប្រើចំពោះ - ចង្វាក់បេះដូងយឺត , ពុល Organophosphate

កំរិត របៀបប្រើ និងការផ្តល់ថ្នាំ -

• ចង្វាក់បេះដូងយឺត: 500mcg IV ចាក់ដោយមិនបាច់លាយ ហើយចាក់អោយលឿន។ ចាក់ថ្នាំរៀងរាល់ ៣នាទី ទៅ ៥នាទីប្រសិនបើចាំបាច់។ ចំនួនចាក់ច្រើនបំផុតគឺ 3mg។
• ពុល Organophosphate: 2mg IV/IM ចាក់ដោយមិនបាច់លាយ ហើយចាក់អោយលឿន អោយរៀងរាល់ ១០នាទីប្រសិនបើត្រូវការ រហូតទាល់តែបាត់នូវរោគសញ្ញា ផ្លូវដង្ហើម។ (ទំហំរន្ធប្រស្រីភ្នែកមិនមែនបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់នៃការ
  អោយថ្នាំនោះទេ)។

ការហាមឃាត់ - ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ (ទាល់តែមានអត្តប្រយោជន៏ចំពោះម្តាយច្រើនជាង គ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ទារកក្នុងផ្ទៃ)។

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាពិសេស - ស្រ្តីបំបៅដោះកូន, ជំងឺបេះដូង

ផលវិបាក - ចង្វាក់បេះដូងដើរញាប់, ចង្វាក់បេះដូងដើរមិនទៀងទាត់,ស្ទះផ្លូវបង្ហូរនោម, ទល់លាមក, វងេ្វងនិងរវើរវាយ។ 

ឱសថវិទ្យា - anticholinergic (ធ្វើអោយមានអនុភាពផ្សេងៗនៅក្នុងរាងកាយ ដូចជាបង្កើនចង្វាក់បេះដូងនិងបន្ថយការបញ្ចេញសារធាតុ ផ្សេងៗ)។

Atropine (1mg in 1ml)

Indications – bradycardia, organophosphate poisoning

Dosage and administration -

• Bradycardia 500mcg IV, administer undiluted as a fast push. Repeat every 3 to 5 minutes if required (maximum 3mg)
• Organophosphate poisoning 2mg IV/IM, administer undiluted as a fast push. Repeat every 10 minutes as required (until there is an absence of respiratory symptoms. Pupil size is not a marker of adequate antidote dose)

Contraindications - pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus)

Special precautions – lactation, cardiac disease

Adverse drug reactions – tachycardia, cardiac arrhythmia, urinary retention, constipation, confusion and delirium

Pharmacology – anticholinergic (resulting in many effects on the body, such as increased heart rate and decreased secretion production)
