• ជំងឺហឺតធ្ងន់ធ្ងរស្រួចស្រាវ: ០,3mg ទៅ 0,5mg IM ចាក់ដោយមិនបាច់លាយ។ ចាក់ឡើងវិញ
• រៀងរាល់ ២០នាទី បើចាំបាច់។ ចំនួនចាក់ច្រើនបំផុត គឺ៣ដង។

Adrenaline (1mg in 1ml)

Indications – cardiac arrest, anaphylaxis, acute severe asthma

Dosage and administration –

• Cardiac arrest 1mg IV, administer undiluted asa fast push. Repeat every 4 minutes if required.
• Anaphylaxis 0.5mg IM. Administer undiluted. Repeat every 5 minutes if required.
• Severe asthma 0.3mg to 0.5mg IM. Administer undiluted. Repeat every 20 minutes if required, maximum of 3 doses.

Contraindications - pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus)

Special precautions – cardiac disease, lactation

Adverse drug reactions - hypertension, tachycardia, cardiac arrhythmia, extravasation can cause severe tissue injury

Pharmacology – positive inotrope (causing vasoconstriction and increased contraction of the heart, and relaxes the muscles in the airway resulting in bronchodilation)
