Nifedipine (20mg មានសកម្មភាពវែង)

ប្រើចំពោះ - លើសសម្ពាធឈាម, គ្រប់គ្រងជំងឺចុកទ្រូងរុំារ៉ៃ។

កំរិត  របៀបប្រើ - 

• ចាប់ផ្តើម 20mg ទៅ 60mg (អាចប្រើកំរិតខ្ពស់ជាងនេះ បើចាំបាច់)។ 

ការផ្តល់ថ្នាំ - លេបជាមួយ រឺគ្មានអាហារ (លេបទាំងមូល មិនត្រូវបំបែក រឺទំពារឡើយ)។

ការហាមឃាត់ - សម្ពាធឈាមទាប, ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ (ទាល់តែមាន អត្តប្រយោជន៏ ចំពោះម្តាយច្រើនជាងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ទារកក្នុងផ្ទៃ), ស្រ្តីបំបៅដោះកូន។ 

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាពិសេស - ខ្សោយបេះដូង

ផលវិបាក - សម្ពាធឈាមទាប (ជាលទ្ធផលនាំអោយចង្វាក់បេះដូងដើរញាប់), ឈឺក្បាល, ហើមនៅ ចុងអវៈយវៈបន្ទាប់ពី ២ទៅ៣អាទិត្យនៃការប្រើថ្នាំ។ 

ឱសថវិទ្យា - ថ្នាំទប់សកម្មភាពនៃការបញ្ចូនអ៊ីយ៉ុងកាល់ស្យូម (បន្ថយ ការកន្រ្តាក់របស់បេះដូង ដោយទប់នូវការកន្រ្តាក់របស់កោសិកា សាច់ដុំរលោង)។

Nifedipine (20mg extended release)

Indications – hypertension, management of chronic angina

Dosage –

•  initial dose 20mg to 60mg (higher maintenance doses may be required)

Administration – may be taken with or without food (swallow whole, do not crush, split or chew)

Contraindications – hypotension, pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus), lactation

Special precautions – heart failure

Adverse drug reactions – hypotension, compensatory tachycardia, headache, peripheral edema after 2-3 weeks of therapy

Pharmacology – calcium channel blocker (decreases the contractility of the heart by inhibiting contractility in smooth muscle cells)
