Chloroquine (250mg)

ប្រើចំពោះ - គ្រុនចាញ់ (ដោយប្រើជាមួយឱសថគ្រុនចាញ់ដទៃទៀត)។

កំរិត  របៀបប្រើ - 

• ចាប់ផ្តើម 1000mg ហើយលេប 500mg នូវ៦ម៉ោងបន្ទាប់ពីលេបលើកដំបូង ហើយលេប​​​ 500mg ទៀតនូវ២៤ម៉ោងបន្ទាប់ពីការលេបលើកដំបូង និង 500mg ទៀតនូវ ៤៨ម៉ោងបន្ទាប់ពីលេបលើក ដំបូង។ 

ការផ្តល់ថ្នាំ - លេបជាមួយអាហារដើម្បីបន្ថយការធ្វើទុក្ខក្រពះ ពោះវៀន។ 

ការហាមឃាត់ - ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ (ទាល់តែមានអត្តប្រយោជន៏ចំពោះ ម្តាយច្រើនជាងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ទារកក្នុងផ្ទៃ)។

ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាពិសេស- ស្រ្តីបំបៅដោះកូន, ប្រកាច់ 

ផលវិបាក - ចង្វាក់បេះដូងមិនទៀងទាត់, អាចអោយប្រកាច់ចំពោះ អ្នកជំងឺមានប្រវត្តិប្រកាច់។

ឱសថវិទ្យា - ឱសថប្រឆាំងនឹងជំងឺគ្រុនចាញ់  

Chloroquine (250mg)

Indications – malaria (use in conjunction with other antimalarials)

Dosage – 

• 1000mg initially. Then 500mg 6 hours after initial dose. Then 500mg 24 hours after initial dose. Then 500mg 48 hours after initial dose.

Administration – take with food to decrease gastrointestinal upset

Contraindications – pregnancy (unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus)

Special precautions – lactation, seizure disorders

Adverse drug reactions – cardiac arrhythmia, may cause seizure in patients with seizure disorders
